This exciting 8-Ball Pool Tournament brings together seasoned pool players from across the state for a weekend of friendly competition and skillful play at The Crooked Cue, Colorado Springs newest pool hall. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a newcomer to the game, the tournament promises a fun and engaging experience. Come watch or participate in this thrilling showcase of talent and sportsmanship!

Each division is limited to 32 entries.
Tournament Director reserve the right to change the tournament format for any age division based on entry numbers, space restrictions, or other circumstance.
Participants must be 50 years of age or older as of December 31, 2026 to compete.
Competition Rules & Format
Format:
- Games will be played in a first player to win 4 games (race to 4). Finals will be race to 5.
- Tournament format will be a modified double-elimination (based on field size).
- Tournament Director may enforce a 45-second shot clock during competition if three total games are not completed after one hour of the match start time.
- Awards will be presented to 1st through 3rd place for each division.
- Games will be played on 9′ Diamond tables
Rules:
- All Billiards events will be conducted in accordance with World Pool-Billiard Association 8-ball rules, except as modified herein.

- Event will be played on 9′ Diamond pro-cut tables, using Super Aramith Pro balls with Pro Cup cue balls.
- The cue may weigh a minimum of 10 oz. but no more than 25 oz. Players may use personal or borrowed legal house cue sticks.
- Except for the break, all shots will be called.
- Lagging shall be used to determine order of play.
- Smoking is not permitted on the premises. Smoke breaks are not permitted during matches. There are no timeouts during the matches. All breaks must be taken before or after the match.
Other information
All registration sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, postponements, or interruptions caused by weather, natural events, acts of God, or any circumstances beyond the control of the Colorado Senior Games (CSG).
CSG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer credits or registration transfers in special cases; however, these are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe a refund is warranted and falls outside the policy stated above, your request must be submitted in writing within 14 days following the event date. Refund requests received more than 14 days after the event will not be considered.
By registering, athletes acknowledge and accept these terms as part of their agreement to participate.
