Train Smarter. Move Safer. Compete Stronger.
Conducted locally at one of the YMCA’s of the Pikes Peak Region, this assessment is more than just a fitness test. It provides a comprehensive, athlete-focused evaluation to help you understand your current performance and train smarter.
We assess not just strength and endurance, but also balance, reaction time, decision-making, and brain-body coordination—all critical for athletic performance and injury prevention as we age.
